Landrigan Field- Multi-purpose synthetic turf field with Musco lighting system, 2147 seat grandstand with pressbox and lift, precast concrete restroom/concession building, ticket booths and associated utilities, retaining walls and granite staircase.

Dobbins- Reconstruction of six US Open blue tennis courts.

North Parking – new 82 stall parking lot with pedestrian walkway and granite stairs to Beasley Field.
